Manufacturing Cost Estimator / Analyst

1st Shift

This challenging position will be responsible for analyzing costs and the preparation of formal quotations for job-shop manufacturing services that primarily include production and toolroom machining for a large customer base from various industries. Services include CNC turning and milling (vertical & horizontal) of various materials and lot sizes, prototype machining, welding & fabrication, and designing and building jigs, fixtures, gages and various other tooling items.

Prefer community college or apprenticeship graduate with a minimum of three years of technical experience or the equivalent working as a Manufacturing Engineer and/or Tooling Engineer. Must have good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to interface well with suppliers and customers, and a desire to work in an interesting fast-paced environment. Must be proficient with computers and various softwares – particularly spreadsheets (Excel).

Tool Room Machinist

1st or 2nd Shift

Seeking experienced individuals to join our highly skilled group. Be able to walk in and be self-directed and productive in a shop with various manual mills & lathes, drills, grinders, etc. Ability to also use CNC machines would be great.

Challenging projects involving the build of jigs, fixtures, gages, prototype parts, special equipment and low volume parts. Should be capable of working with minimum instruction and independently or with co-workers to complete projects according to reasonable time estimates and established delivery schedules.

Duties may also include using skills to build new, repair, or perform routine maintenance of such items used in our production area.

CNC Setup Operator / Operator

1st & 2nd Shift

Seeking people experienced in the setup and operation of CNC lathes, vertical machining centers, and horizontal machining centers. Ability to read prints and use various gages is also necessary. Positions may require some programming and/or program debug if qualified. Experience with Okuma OSP & Fanuc controls is beneficial, but not required. We will train capable candidates that want to learn.
